One Year Limited Warrant
Ionic Concept (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product
that should the product or any part thereof be proven defective in material or
workmanship, such defects will be replaced without charge for parts or labor, for a
period of one year of the original retail purchaser. Ionic Concept will either repair or
replace (at our option) free of charge, any parts necessary to correct defects in materials
or workmanship. Should repair be needed within the warranty period, ship the unit in
original packaging prepaid, insured, and together with US $15.00 (US $25.00 for unit
not in original packaging) for return shipping, (packaging if necessary) and handling,
and a copy of your original sales receipt to: Ionic Concept, LLC., 729 North White Road,
San Jose, CA 95127.
This warranty does not apply to any incidental or consequential damages.
Purchaser should register the product by mail to the Company with the warranty
registration card within 30 days of purchase; or submit it online at
www.ionicconcept.com within 30 days of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which has been damaged
through alteration, mishandling, misuse, neglect or accident. This warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no person or representative is
authorized to assume for the Company any other liability in connection with the sale of
this product. This limited warranty does not cover the replacement of expendable or
consumable parts such as UV lamp, and other parts subject to normal wear unless
they are defective in material or workmanship.
This limited warranty does not apply to any part subjected to accident, abuse,
commercial use, alteration, misuse, damage caused by the act of God, the use of
voltages other than on the data plate of this product or service of this product by other
than Ionic Concept or a participating Factory Authorized Service Center.
